How members get value out of the co-op.
Chattanooga.Digital's services include compliance along with software services and support services. Compliance with open source licenses and practices is integral to everything the co-op does.
Software services are basically what all members get, for which they pay an annual membership fee and utilization fees. Support services are limited in scope to tier-one support and owner-agent project and relationship management — to ensure members have the partners they need to make the most of their digital assets.
Software Services
Software services are all provided via containers within the Chattanooga.Digital cloud or on hosts managed by Chattanooga.Digital.
The co-op owns the containers and the code for community services. Members own code for member services and the data for all services.
Community Services
Available to any member. Community services may not be available to non-member users.
Member Services
Available to members and their associated users. Additional member services require a sponsor who commits to use.

A non-exhaustive catalog of software the co-op could deploy as member or community demand emerges. Sponsors welcome.

Support Services
Chattanooga.Digital's support services are limited to ensuring the infrastructure is operating and accessible, basic operations of any devices sold by the co-op, and compliance with legal, licensing, and security obligations associated with members' use, modification, and distribution of open-source software. Members can contract for higher levels of support on a case-by-case basis.
Project Support Services
Chattanooga.Digital provides project support services as members' owner-agent for an additional fee. We will assist project sponsors in finding collaborators and service providers, and we will manage work as a project to ensure it is specified and completed correctly, on time, for a reasonable cost.
